Last summer we met up with freestyle motocross rider, Bruce Cook and covered his story at the foot of Whistler's Blackcomb. Bruce got injured during a live Nitro Circus show in Hamilton, Ontario where he attempted a double front flip on a motorcycle. Yes. A double front flip. His attempt came up short and ended up breaking his back, loosing all feeling from the waist down.
Nearly two years later, Bruce returned and became the worlds first paraplegic to complete a backflip on a motorcycle during the live Nitro Circus show in Toronto. Dedication and a very calculated mind allowed Bruce to overcome and achieve the un-thinkable as see in our Kudos piece:
Our team was asked by Nitro Circus to provide footage for Bruce’s intro video which is played right before they call Bruce into the stadium. These videos help put everything into perspective for the sold out audiences right before he flips.
Nitro Circus is currently on their second leg of their North American Tour and will continue to tour the world with dates that range from North America to New Zealand and all over Europe.
