Using mind bending visuals to create an iconic sneaker
Chrilleks partnered with DCShoes to promote the Tribeka, a shoe they were struggling to sell. Through in-depth interviews, we identified what made this model different and then built a video campaign that placed the shoe into a suitable environment. This helped the audience immediately connect with the vibe, while anchoring in DC’s values and voice.
The campaign centered around mind bending visuals, the city grit of Los Angeles, and a clean fashion feel. In fact, it exceeded DC’s expectations generating an in-person launch party event and creating collaborations from two other partners, The_ONES and Sneaker Lab. DC only expected a video from Chrillkes. The Trebeka shoe sold out the day the campaign went live. We’ve now collaborated with DCShoes more than 18 times.
